Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella says new models are coming into Copilot, enabling it to handle delegated tasks and long-running jobs via Autopilots. In one demo, an Opal-powered Autopilot on a Windows 365 Cloud PC processed a month of trail cam footage: finding every animal sighting, building a labeled highlight reel (camera, date, species), cataloging sightings in a spreadsheet, generating a PowerPoint summary, and sharing it all in Teams. He frames this as Copilot's next frontier: software that owns and completes entire tasks unfolding over hours or days.
