Dev proposes agents declare preferred coding language via Accept-Language header
cramforce · x · 2026-09-06
Developer cramforce notes that AI agent harnesses now send Accept: text/markdown when fetching pages, and proposes a follow-up: let agents declare their preferred programming language in the Accept-Language header (e.g. Accept-Language: "en-us, python"). Sites could then serve Python code samples instead of TypeScript ones automatically, extending HTTP content negotiation to AI readers.
