Cryptography professor Matthew Green redesigns course for AI: agents allowed, more exams

Cryptographer Matthew Green spent the summer redesigning his cryptography course to be "AI-compatible." Instead of banning AI, he lets students use coding agents, adds an in-person adversarial review lab, and shifts much more weight onto exams — while admitting he's still testing whether it works.
