If AI solves grad-level math trivially, what should the next generation study?

A viral question: AI can now easily solve monstrously difficult problems and code nearly anything — even graduate-level math/CS psets are trivial for LLMs. So how should the next generation spend their time: keep courses for iqmaxxing, or find a skill that both requires intelligence and is optimal for future jobs?
