After two days of heavy use, one user finds Astra capable but far from AGI
Kilt_Rump · reddit · 2026-09-06
After two days of solid use, a user lists basic failures: Astra describes how it will execute a command but doesn't start, needing several rounds of prompting to actually act; a website redesign was impressive overall but full of obvious errors — copy mistakes, spacing, color mismatches, layout issues; and it forgot what it had done moments earlier, editing the old site even after the new one was merged to main. The author finds it capable with welcome brevity and will keep it as their top model, but hasn't seen the incredible memory being bragged about — far from AGI.
