Claude Code screened 10,000+ job posts, picked 190, landed 2 offers
parfumparrot · reddit · 2026-09-06
Frustrated with manually scrolling job boards, the author built Pinloop, an open-source CLI that lets Claude Code run his job search. Over two months it read 10,000+ postings against his resume, recommended 190 applications, and he received 2 offers.
How it works:
- Pulls live postings from 40+ hiring systems (Greenhouse, Workday, YCombinator, etc.), refreshed hourly, avoiding LinkedIn/Indeed blocking
- Every night Claude Code reads each new posting against his resume and profile, writing verdicts with reasoning; good fits land in a morning list
Free to try via an npm command in Claude Code; $20/month adds unattended routines and LLM-based judging. Currently US software/tech internships and early-career roles only, with Europe and Canada planned.
