A 15-item stack checklist for letting coding agents run an entire company
aryanXmahajan · x · 2026-09-06
A practical checklist of everything a coding agent needs to run a company end to end:
- Cloud & data: AWS EC2/Render servers, Supabase Postgres, Cloudflare R2 object storage, data pipelines
- Runtime & scheduling: heartbeats/watchdogs for monitoring, Redis queues + caching, Celery background workers, cron schedules + systemd timers, webhook integrations
- Agent tooling: MCP servers (Apify, Fireflies), Playwright headless browser automation, fal.ai image/video APIs, GitHub repos, application auth, agent orchestration
The takeaway: today's ecosystem of off-the-shelf services can be wired together into a full unattended company-operating stack for autonomous agents.
