Developer halts open-source work over Codex Business quota limits
cnakazawa · x · 2026-09-06
Following up on his earlier complaint, developer cnakazawa says he'll stop open-source contributions after his Codex OSS grant expired and his Premium Business account left him with only 60% of his weekly usage — with no option to buy resets.
A concrete case of Codex's quota policy perversely hitting the very contributors who build on it.
