Ethan Mollick argues that since AI outputs are increasingly interactive programs, even non-technical users will need lightweight hosting to share them — he personally uses Netlify, among many options.
While ChatGPT Sites and Claude artifacts are useful, he warns they may not be maintained long-term and offer little user control. Deploying AI-built apps to your own hosting is the more durable path.
