IFM introduced K2 Horizon, a connected fleet of six foundation models spanning 0.9B to 375B parameters.
- Performance: top-tier results in coding and agentic tasks at every size class, with the 0.9B, 3.7B and 7B models setting new SOTA at their scales.
- Radical openness: billed as the largest fully open-source model launch in AI history, with code, training data and recipes fully released.
- Launch page, tech blog and Hugging Face weights are live; team members argue OSS models are now competitive with closed ones and that true openness means weights, code, recipes and details.
