A Chinese industry daily roundup: Kimi, MiniMax and StepFun are in talks to open official Tmall flagship stores selling token subscription plans, following Zhipu's first store. Xiaomi released Xiaomi-TabLDM, a tabular-data foundation model that handles classification and regression across datasets without per-task retraining. OpenAI said it will broaden disclosure of alignment failures and publish a reporting framework in weeks. Tata's HyperVault secured 264 acres in Hyderabad for a planned 1GW AI data center campus, investing up to 700 billion rupees ($7.4B).
