Stop building AI agents like tiny fake companies: interconnect AI across the whole company
vasuman · x · 2026-09-06
Quoting a tweet questioning "why are we building AI agents like tiny fake companies," Vasuman argues the fundamental flaw in today's point-solution AI: siloing it into single roles or departments. Humans held those roles due to limited time, context, and bandwidth — there's no reason to limit AIs the same way.
He contends AI must be interconnected across the entire company: an AI BDR is nothing, an AI covering the whole sales org is something, and one with full context from Finance and Marketing is everything. No single product can build this in advance — only AI transformation can, which is the core thesis behind his company Varick.
