Singapore's Foreign Minister Dr Vivian Balakrishnan revealed he built his own AI agent — a "second brain for diplomacy" — by wiring Claude into WhatsApp.
He called it what real AI adoption looks like, adding: "You cannot govern a technology you have only been briefed on." A senior government figure hands-on with AI tooling is the notable part of this story.
