Cursor's 1-second webview delay traced to VS Code 1.99 bug, fix landed upstream in 1.102

dotmd's author flagged a known Cursor issue: webviews take 1+ seconds to open.
Per the Cursor forum, the delay is an upstream VS Code bug introduced in 1.98.2 and only fixed in 1.102 (re-enabling the PlzDedicatedWorker feature). Cursor still ships on VS Code 1.99, so every webview (e.g. viewing images) is affected; Trae and Windsurf already fixed it.
Cursor staff member Dean Rie confirmed it's a known VS Code 1.99 issue and said the team will assess bumping the base version to pick up the 1.102+ fix.
