ZenMux launches OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible API with auto-failover and credits for hallucinated outputs
testingcatalog · x · 2026-09-05
ZenMux launched an aggregator API compatible with both OpenAI and Anthropic protocols, so existing keys work directly.
Key features:
- Automatic failover when a provider degrades
- Per-request cost logs for observability
- Quality compensation: accounts get credited back on hallucinated output, high latency, or low throughput; bonus credits are spent before top-up credits
The "money back for bad results" billing design is unusual for multi-model routing.
