Sergey Karayev shared how his team has worked with AI agents for over a year: all Claude/Codex/Pi agents run in the cloud, any session is joinable by teammates (great for code review), each meeting gets an agent that spawns subagents for research and implementation, and a Chief of Staff agent tracks all work.
