OpenAI engineer says internal tool Astra boosted productivity, pulling DevDay launches 6 months ahead

OpenAI engineer Thibault Sottiaux says Astra was "probably our biggest competitive advantage" while it wasn't generally available. Since adopting it, team productivity jumped enough that some product plans were moved 6 months ahead — they'll now ship at DevDay instead of mid-next-year.
