Per the Financial Times, Anthropic is close to naming Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to top roles in a potential IPO at a valuation of up to $2 trillion.
- That would more than double its reported value above $900 B and exceed SpaceX's $1.78 tn listing valuation
- Anthropic told investors July sales implied a $65B annualized revenue pace, up from $47B in May
- Morgan Stanley was joint lead bookrunner and sole stabilisation agent on SpaceX's June IPO, where Goldman held the lead-left role
