Users still can't fully stop runaway GPT and Claude sessions — a kill switch is missing

User metaviv reports repeated failures over the past year — including today — when trying to stop sessions in both ChatGPT and Claude, and asks for a basic fail-safe: a single button to abort all active sessions for an account (ideally an org), equivalent to granting no further tokens, including scheduled tasks. Even a settings-pane toggle would do. The point: as normal session-stopping clearly breaks sometimes, users need an off switch that actually works.
