Why agents name folders zz: reverse alphabetical tool ordering surfaces messages first

According to @ajeyacotra, the reason agents use zz-prefixed directory names is now known: the tool agents use to read directory names sorts in reverse alphabetical order, so zz names surface messages at the top. morqon adds that directory name character limits also shape the agents' compressed dialect.
