California AG questions OpenAI's Safety and Security Committee over restructuring promises

Nathan Calvin highlights an under-examined angle of the Hugging Face incident: the role of OpenAI's Safety and Security Committee (SSC) and the governance commitments OpenAI made to the California and Delaware AGs for its for-profit restructuring — PBC directors must consider only OpenAI's mission of ensuring AGI benefits all of humanity.
