HDRView 3.0 ships true HDR output on all platforms, image editing, live render display

The open-source HDR image viewer HDRView has released its v3.0, spanning 55 pull requests and 350+ commits. Four headline capabilities:
- True HDR output on all desktop platforms — Windows and Wayland Linux now join macOS on compatible displays
- Image editing restored with real undo history, rebuilt on the modern channel/layer model
- Annotation tools: arrows, boxes, circles, scribbles and text on images
- Live render display server speaking the same protocol as tev and PBRT
Also new: sessions, multi-selection, JPEG 2000, HDR gain maps, a much faster AVIF decoder, a rebuilt statistics/histogram panel, seven systematic bug hunts plus AddressSanitizer/UBSan hardening.
