A 3-day hackathon on responsible AI use in mathematics has announced its format: Anthropic hosts an AI agents workshop for mathematicians on Friday, teams hack over the weekend, then present orally to expert judges.
- All AI chat logs will be recorded and open-sourced, with results, presentations and logs published on MathDB for community verification.
- Travel is covered and prizes go to judges' picks of the most promising teams.
- MathDB itself tracks 87,000+ open problems in mathematics and recent preprint claims.
