OpenAI has quietly updated its docs to raise 5-hour message limits roughly 50% across all plans: Plus goes from 3-30 to 5-45 messages, Pro 5x from 15-150 to 25-225, and Pro 20x from 60-600 to 100-900 — with no big official announcement.
