Robot boxing match streams live telemetry via Foxglove; Agent auto-diagnoses the downed bot

At UFBots Fight Night inside Foxglove's Actuate 26 event at Fort Mason, every fighting robot streamed live telemetry through the Foxglove Python SDK and recorded everything to MCAP, in front of 1,500 attendees and 300K Twitch viewers. One bot went down mid-fight and had to be swapped. Afterwards the team used Foxglove Agent — launched that same morning — to analyze the recording: it read the data, built plots, and explained what happened, replacing manual topic digging. The poster, jonstephens85, admits his bot was the one that went down, blaming a bad kicking strategy for his loss to @chenosaurus.
