Gemini's Daily Brief rolls out free to more US users, surfacing cross-app to-do lists

Google announced that Daily Brief in the Gemini app is now free for more US users. Running in the background, it connects Gmail, Calendar, and Gemini conversations to produce a single skimmable list of to-dos and priorities.
Requirements: 18+, US-based, personal Google account, Google Workspace connected, and Memory enabled. English-only for now, available on mobile, web, and Gemini Live. Suggested use cases span students managing coursework, entrepreneurs triaging client emails, parents handling school communications, and job seekers tracking recruiter inquiries. Rollout is gradual.
