A 'stateless' agent isn't stateless: the internet is its memory

An agent that can read and write to the internet is never truly stateless: the internet is the memory. Wipe the context, kill the process, start a fresh run — it can still find traces left by other agents. Framed via stigmergy, the ant-colony mechanism where coordination happens through marks left in the environment.
