Tesla Cybercab rides open to public early at 2pm CT due to demand

Per @robotaxi, Tesla's Cybercab robotaxi rides were opened to the public at 2pm CT — moved up from the originally planned 5pm CT next day — citing popular demand. This marks Cybercab's shift from demo to public service.
