AWS open-sources HyperPod InstantStart for agent-driven cluster operations

AWS open-sourced HyperPod InstantStart, a control plane that wraps multi-stage SageMaker HyperPod cluster bootstrap (EKS creation, dependency reconciliation, storage, capacity) into guarded, independently retryable operations, drivable via web UI or an AI agent through MCP tools. A key design: MCP tools call the same backend REST APIs as the browser rather than raw CLI, so one validation protects both humans and agents. All artifacts are standard AWS/Kubernetes resources inspectable via CLI and kubectl.
