FrankenTTS, a voice-cloning app, has been approved and is now on iOS. It lets you clone your own voice or pick from 18 built-in voices, runs entirely on-device for privacy, and is completely free — the author bills it as "Eleven Labs in your pocket." He also demos a playful use: teasing his kids with it.
