- Reach: gpt-4o-mini was used by 13% of organizations, the widest adoption; DeepSeek V4 Flash came second at 9%, the only open-weight model on either list.
- Work: gpt-4.1-mini accounted for 7% of total LLM calls over the past two weeks.
- LangChain says this is the first of an ongoing series quantifying how developers actually build agents.
