SetFit v1.2.0 adds Python 3.13 support and dataset ID namespace fixes

Also in SetFit v1.2.0: Python 3.13 support; a fix for saving before training failing with codecarbon 3.x; evaluate>=0.4.6 is now required since older versions can't load metrics with huggingfacehub v1; and docs/notebooks use namespaced dataset ids (stanfordnlp/sst2) since bare ids no longer resolve.
