SetFit fixes ONNX export on torch 2.9+ and adds OpenVINO 2026 support

SetFit v1.2.0 fixes exports: ONNX export works again with torch 2.9+ (requiring the legacy exporter explicitly, as the new dynamo default lacks needed opsets) and with skl2onnx 1.20, with the scikit-learn head converted in float32. OpenVINO export works with openvino 2026.
