Analyzing Tesla's robotaxi regulatory review, the author sees a >50% chance it becomes a problem but argues it doesn't change the big picture: Model Ys can keep being deployed, Cybercabs with brakes (potentially without a steering wheel) will suffice, and Tesla could simply keep scaling since regulatory decisions and enforcement could take 1Y+. He doubts 2,500 Cybercabs will hit roads before Thanksgiving, but notes this is mostly a psychological headwind for now.
