AMD unveiled the Threadripper Halo Station at IFA 2026: a 96-core Threadripper PRO 9995WX with up to 4× Instinct MI350P GPUs (144GB HBM each, 4TB/s per card), totaling 576GB HBM3E and 16 TB/s bandwidth, plus up to 2TB of DDR5.
