AeroJEPA fluid foundation model joins NVIDIA's PhysicsNeMo ecosystem

AeroJEPA, a fluid dynamics foundation model from Professor Ricardo Vinuesa's group at the University of Michigan with collaborators across US and Spanish universities, is now officially part of NVIDIA's PhysicsNeMo ecosystem.
- The model learns a compact latent representation of geometry and flow physics via predictive latent learning, instead of only predicting large flow fields
- A strong latent space compresses data, preserves transferable structure, improves sample efficiency and cross-domain generalization
- Aimed at AI surrogates for high-fidelity CFD in aerodynamic design, tackling cross-regime transferability and universal CFD I/O representations
