Baidu's HK-listed shares to join Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect on Sept 7

Baidu announced that its Class A ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be included in the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect program effective September 7, 2026, following the Shanghai Stock Exchange's eligible-stock adjustment notice on September 4. The company says mainland investors will gain direct access to its HK shares, broadening its investor base and improving liquidity.
