Tivadar Danka reconstructed the original Grand Theft Auto's Liberty City and built an agent-based ecosystem where NPCs work, attend school, socialize and form families. On top of it he runs epidemic simulations, studying contact graphs, transmission trees, heatmaps and SEIR curves, testing hundreds of interventions — e.g., closing the malls visibly flattened the infection curve. Full write-up and video on his Substack.
