Workaround for full-head portraits in video models: add a 'floating invisible halo' to your prompt
robertwellesley · reddit · 2026-09-04
A Reddit user shares a clever prompt workaround: asking for a front close-up of a full head usually fails, but requesting a 'nearly invisible clear plastic halo floating 9 inches above the head' plus explicit no-crop instructions forces the model to keep the whole head in frame. Then just photoshop the halo out — works for any character.
