Indian health-tech startup Ultrahuman raised a $60M Series C led by Qualcomm Ventures, with Labcorp, AlphaWave, Blume Ventures and others participating, at a $363M post-money valuation—triple its 2023 valuation.
- Founded in Bangalore in 2019, it started with CGM metabolic tracking; its core product is the Ring Air smart ring, which was banned from US import by the ITC over an Oura patent dispute. It returns in 2026 with the redesigned Ring Pro: dual-core processor with on-chip ML, up to 15 days battery, and 250 days of local health data storage
- Partnering with Qualcomm on next-gen rings with stronger local compute to reduce phone/cloud dependency
- Product suite spans CGM, blood biomarker testing, home sensors, plus Jade AI and the UltraSphere engine generating 60+ contextual health actions
