Prescience's manifesto: medical superintelligence to own all of healthcare
RishabJainK · x · 2026-09-04
Prescience founder Rishab Jain lays out the thesis: in an AGI world only healthcare, entertainment, and compute matter, and healthcare is the most broken—premiums climb 15% a year, physicians burn out, and an insurance system built for catastrophe now prioritizes denying care. He argues only vertical integration, rebuilding risk pricing, care delivery, and disease anticipation from scratch around medical superintelligence, can fix the misalignment.
