Game dev says AI 3D workflows still bottleneck in manual Blender cleanup, asks for real agents

A game asset developer describes a real production workflow around Tripo AI image-to-3D: generation and retopology are fast, but nearly every export still needs manual Blender fixes for holes, bad normals, broken geometry, and topology cleanup, with repeated passes back into Tripo AI for PBR texture baking. That's fine for one model, painful at batch scale.

He wants an agent that can generate the mesh, send it to Blender, inspect for non-manifold geometry and other defects, run basic cleanup, and decide whether another pass is needed. He notes existing Blender MCP and Claude-controls-Blender setups feel more like "LLM can operate Blender" demos than actual 3D production pipelines, and is asking if anyone has working agent/MCP setups for automated AI 3D cleanup.
