Tenstorrent Launches JapanFold: Sovereign Open-Source Drug Discovery for Japan

Tenstorrent and ai& launched JapanFold, a drug discovery platform on Japan-based sovereign infrastructure powered by Tenstorrent Galaxy superclusters, giving Japanese researchers and pharma frontier models at a fraction of conventional cloud cost.
It serves leading open-source structural biology models — Boltz-2, OpenFold3, EMSFold-2, RoseTTAFold3 for structure/binding prediction; RFdiffusion 3 and PXDesign for de novo drug design; ESMC and SaProt for protein embeddings — covering the full workflow from protein folding to drug candidates. Models scale nearly linearly on Tenstorrent hardware with 1:1 accuracy, and every model is free to try with no API key.
