fal introduced H3 Max Director, billed as the first natively continuous real-time frontier video model for action-controlled long-form generation. Unlike clip-chaining approaches, it generates a single continuous video stream that maintains context over time.
The model powers FlyPIES, fal's experimental infinite AI livestream where viewers interact with and shape output in real time.
