Quoting Hamel Husain in Hugo Browne's thread (point 3): 'The deliverable is not what's important at all. It's just the proof.' Build the AI product around the evidence an expert needs to decide whether its answer deserves trust. Context from point 2: a trace proves what ran, not that the answer is right — even with full SQL and tool-call inspection, a domain expert is still needed to catch wrong tables, definitions or assumptions.
