Claude Code v2.1.260 adds /diff panel and prompt-cache miss diagnostics, fixes sandbox bugs

Claude Code v2.1.260 is out with several notable changes:
- A new /diff panel shows uncommitted changes beside the conversation in fullscreen mode
- /cost and the status line's promptcache field now suggest likely causes of prompt-cache misses (changed tool definitions/system prompt, idle past TTL)
- New /reload-plugins and text-form /advisor commands for headless sessions and the desktop app
- Security fixes: permission rules with parentheses in paths were dropped (leaving read-only folders writable), an uncompilable deny-rule pattern broke all edits, and zsh command substitutions hidden in REPORTTIME-style assignments were auto-approved
- Fixes for Bedrock corporate root CA errors, macOS sandbox hiding git config, and managed settings not loading for Enterprise users
