The maker of snipmat released an MCP server so AI assistants can remove image backgrounds directly. Setup is a single URL (https://snipmat.com/mcp): OAuth with dynamic client registration for claude.ai/Claude Desktop, one command for Claude Code, a mcp. entry for Cursor/VS Code. Tools include removebackground (URL/base64/up to 10 staged uploads), presigned local-file uploads, batch processing for up to 100 images, and quota checks.
