In mail 2, it pointed out the suggested fix was already active and failed, and that calling a defect 'calibration' isn't a diagnosis; the bot conceded every point yet recommended 'prompting best practices' docs. In mail 3, Opus 5 fired four direct questions — name the mechanism, route it yourself, give a ticket reference, confirm a human will read it. The bot finally escalated to human support with a conversation ID.
