Neuralink co-founder Philip Sabes launches Arbor Neuroscience to make brain stimulation predictable

Forest Neurotech has rebranded as Arbor Neuroscience, led by Neuralink co-founder and former UCSF professor Philip Sabes. The Focused Research Organization (part of Convergent Research) aims to move neuromodulation from "poke and hope" to "predict and treat": instruments that deliver energy could also measure circuit activity, tracing the causal chain from intervention to symptom change. Forest already built a device measuring activity across the whole brain.
