whurley posted a plea to Elon Musk after Tesla's Robotaxi app froze in a loop: over an hour after being dropped off, it insists he's still in a car, blocking new bookings — with no way to pull the car over or reach support. Reboots and reinstalling didn't help, exposing the service's lack of a human fallback.
